Hi, this is my personal website. My name is Dmitry, and I am an IT professional.
I’m a hands-on Technical Lead and Engineering Manager with 12+ years in software development. I enjoy the whole journey: shaping an idea, designing the system, writing code, shipping it, and keeping it healthy in production.
My core stack is Go and Java, with plenty of work around cloud platforms, Kubernetes, databases, and distributed systems. I’ve served as a CTO, built products from scratch, and led distributed teams of up to seven engineers.
Recently, I’ve focused on integrating AI into products and engineering workflows, building MCP servers, and establishing an AI-driven development lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and operation.
I like complex problems, clear ownership, and teams where people can do strong work without unnecessary process.
